INFORMATION TEXT ON PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or the “Law”), which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the right to privacy, in the processing of personal data and was published in the Official Gazette dated April 7, 2016 and numbered 29677, and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, published in the Official Gazette dated March 10, 2018 and numbered 30356, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed by our Company MET TURKEY ENERJİ TİCARET A.Ş. ( “ Company ” ) with this Information Text .

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
  Within the scope of your relationship with the Company , the following personal data is processed;

(i)    Your Identity Information: name and surname, parents' name, place of birth, date of birth, age, photograph, ID and ID number;
(ii)    Your Contact Information : workplace address, e-mail, telephone, mobile phone, residence information, address registration system records;
(iii)    Request / Complaint Information : Content of requests submitted via contact form or e-mail;
(iv)    Your Data Regarding Education, Business and Professional Life: work history, employer name, educational information, professional competencies, CV information, certificates, military service status;
(v)    Financial Information: bank account data such as invoice information, bank account number, IBAN number;
(vi)    Audio/Visual Data: Security camera recording (at office or facility entrances);
(vii)    Your Cybersecurity Data: Usernames, passwords, audit trails, IP address, cookie records, session information, WEB page access logs and cybersecurity-related data including logs;
(viii)    Electronic Communication Data: Email information, correspondence contents.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
the Company and within this scope, your personal data obtained may be processed for the purposes listed below.
- To fully and properly fulfill our contractual and legal obligations,
- Establishment and execution of contracts,
- Development and diversification of our services,
- Conducting quality and standard audits,
- Meeting the demands of official institutions,
- Carrying out activities in accordance with legislation,
- Carrying out financial and/or accounting activities,
- Establishing legal transactions and following up on legal processes,
- Determining and implementing commercial and business strategies,
   - Communication and operations management,
   - Obtaining visitor entry records,
   - Ensuring the physical and digital security of the company.

4. TRANSFER OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be shared with domestic official institutions and organizations, law enforcement agencies, courts, enforcement offices, and notaries, third -party natural and legal persons with whom we are affiliated, contracted attorneys, service providers and their authorities, business partners, banks, suppliers, and support service providers, for the purposes set forth in Article 3 of this Disclosure Text, within the scope of the provisions of the Law regarding the transfer of personal data and their transfer abroad. Your personal data may be transferred to our group companies, Company subsidiaries, and cloud service providers abroad within the framework of the "Standard Agreement on Data Transfer Abroad" published by the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 9 of the KVKK.

5.    PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHODS
The Company may collect your personal data from you, third parties and legal authorities via the internet, telephone, e-mail and physical, written, verbal and electronic media during the establishment of your business relationship with our Company and during the continuation of such relationship.
Your personal data;
- by fully or partially automated means (via e-mail, internal company information systems, human resources management software, payroll and performance systems, internal communication tools, electronic forms and cloud-based applications),
- through non-automated means (printed forms, contracts and permits, training attendance lists, hand-delivered documents or documents received in return for signature),
- indirectly from third parties (e.g. SSI, tax office, educational institutions or persons shown as references)*,

* If personal data is obtained from third parties, the obligation to inform will be fulfilled at the latest during the first transfer or first communication, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law and Article 6 of the Information Communiqué.
is collected in accordance with the conditions set forth below and in Articles 5, 6 and 8 of the Law, in order to achieve the purposes stated in Section 3 above and to provide the relevant services.

6. LEGAL REASONS
Your personal data;
- Because it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c),
- Because it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligations (KVKK art. 5/2-ç),
- Because data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (KVKK art. 5/2-e),
- Because data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK art. 5/2-f)

Your special personal data is processed within the framework of the conditions specified in Article 6 of the KVKK and by taking the necessary confidentiality measures.

7. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED
In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data.

- Whether personal data is processed or not learning,
- If your personal data has been processed, you can request information about it. don't,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- Third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad knowing,
- Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly

- To request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data,
- Objection to the emergence of a result detrimental to the data owner by analyzing the processed personal data exclusively through automated systems. don't,
- To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

8. IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT US FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND REQUESTS:
Within the scope of the rights mentioned above, you can submit your requests by petition, through a notary, or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address. You can send your request to metturkey@hs03.kep.tr by filling out the “Application Form Regarding Personal Data” at https://tr.met.com/tr/contact/#tab_1 or physically at our Company , using your e-mail address that has been previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems.

In-person applications submitted within this scope will be accepted following identity verification by us, and your requests will be resolved as soon as possible, depending on their nature, and within 30 days at the latest. If the application is submitted in writing, no fee will be charged for up to 10 pages. For each page exceeding 10 pages, the processing fee specified in Article 7 of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller may be charged. If the response is submitted on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, a fee equal to the cost of the recording medium may be charged.
