Pursuant to the Decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority dated 28.02.2022 and numbered 10820, effective as of 01.03.2022, a Tiered Tariff has been introduced for the Public and Private Services Sector and the Other subscriber group. Accordingly, the daily average consumption limit applicable to the Tiered Tariff—implemented for all Residential Single-Time Low Voltage subscriptions as of 01 January 2022-has been increased to 8 kWh as of 01 March 2022.
Under this tariff, which is calculated based on subscribers’ consumption levels, the daily average consumption of up to 8 kWh for the Residential Low Voltage Single-Time subscriber group and up to 30 kWh for the Public and Private Services Sector and Other Low Voltage Single-Time subscriber group is billed under the Low Consumption Tier Tariff. Consumption exceeding these limits is billed under the High Consumption Tier Tariff.
For residential customers, the revised consumption limit will apply to bills issued as of 01 March 2022. No adjustments or refunds will be applied to bills issued prior to this date.

Last Resort Supply Tariff |
As of January 1, 2026, the Last Resort Supply Tariff (LRST) determined by the EMRA (EPDK) applies to the following consumer groups:
The Last Resort Supply Tariff is calculated using the formula: |
This tariff applies a single unit price for electricity consumption, calculated at the same rate throughout the day.
This tariff applies different unit energy prices depending on the time periods during the day.
According to the Decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Board, the eligible consumer limit for 2026 has been set at an annual electricity consumption of 500 kWh or above.
Eligible consumers are natural or legal persons whose electricity consumption exceeds the annual limit determined by EMRA. These consumers have the right to purchase electricity from the supplier of their choice.
If an eligible consumer’s bilateral agreement is terminated for any reason or upon request, they may purchase electricity energy and/or capacity under the Last Resort Supply from the incumbent supplier in their region (the company authorized by the Board to supply electricity to non-eligible consumers or those who do not exercise their eligibility rights within the relevant distribution area).
